The Pratishthan was established under the visionary leadership of Late Shri Ramchand Natha Gandhi, whose dedication laid a strong foundation for the institution’s growth and service to humanity. The trust began its educational journey in 1990 with the establishment of Gandhi Natha Rangji Digambar Jain Boarding School and Secondary & Higher Secondary Schools in Marathi and English medium. Over the years, it expanded into professional education by establishing the Gandhi Natha Rangji Homoeopathic Medical College (2000), Homoeopathic Hospital (2006), Junior College of Commerce and Science (2006), and the College of Pharmacy (2014). The B. Pharmacy programme was introduced in 2021, responding to the growing demand for quality pharmacy education.

The college campus is spread over 5 acres in the heart of Solapur city, just a 10-minute walk from the Central Bus Stand. The campus is well-planned and equipped with modern classrooms, fully functional laboratories, a rich library, computer center with 24-hour internet facility, administrative block, and sports facilities.
